Returns & Cancellations
Any claims against packages or merchandise must be made within 72 hours of customer's receiving their order, and any returns must be made within 7 days from date of delivery.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We require that our merchandise be shipped and received back to using the same condition as we mailed to you. The purchase of the merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded in the manner in which was originally given. No returns on discounted/sale items.
Order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

Do not continue unpacking if order package shows evidence of damage. Take a picture of the damaged box first. As you unpack the box, please take pictures of damaged items also. Please save the box and packing materials until the claim is resolved. Contact us immediately. Do not send any returns without first notifying us appropriately.
